I was surprised to find today's "Equal Exchange" 71% cacao 80g bar.
(Sold at a community health food co-op, no less.)
It uses a paper outer and a plastic inner wrapper.

    Wasn't great. Slightly chalky, bloom present (probably handling/shipment/storage at retailer), quite un-remarkable actually.
